The Kind are dog-like aliens, but not the loyal-fetch-your-slippers sort. No, these canines run a loosely connected web of trader clans, recovery crews, and outright treasure hunters — all operating under a simple cultural code:

The Kind aren’t organized in any traditional sense. They don’t have a government — just clans. And while no one’s exactly sure how their political structure works, it usually involves snacks, votes, and possibly chewing up the results.

The Retrievers? They find things, ownership is an open question. Their representative? Finder (yes, really) who specializes in locating valuable things, ancient artifacts, and, occasionally, your stuff — now rebranded as his.

The Kind adore human food. The more greasy, sugary, or oddly shaped, the better. 

Don’t let the wagging tails fool you — they’re smart, strategic, and extremely dangerous if you’re in the way of something shiny.
